The operator called Martin on 09/05/17 offered to set my policy on the phone, but he never mentioned the it would cost me £15 to do it on the phone.
That was a very unpleasant experience because I had planned to buy the policy online, which I did eventually, but as Martin offered his help, I agreed to let him do it for me, but he did not warn me about the extra fee for his help.
