After a very bad experience with Dial Direct last year I decided to change. We had been involved in an accident last July which had been settled and was 100% not our fault but When I did the online quote with Autonet and purchased the insurance you came straight back to me as the database was showing it as a fault claim. After numerous telephone conversations with yourselves and Dial Direct one of your customer services guys intercepted and rang Dial Direct and sorted the whole matter out for me as Dial Direct were not being at all helpful which was causing me a lot of stress as my insurance with them was soon to expire so a huge thank you goes out to Autonet customer services.
