I never choose the companies on the top of the price comparison websites. I also never choose companies who I have never heard of either. This year due to lack of finances, rushing off for my holiday I broke protocol and chose autonet. I looked at the policy and it was not bad and also included legal cover. The ratings were not too bad. The only ones who complained looked like it was off people with payment problems or ones who did not disclose correct information. All other ratings were fine. I paid for the year in full as it was cheaper. I took out the policy and also rung the call centre as I did not want my policy to be cancelled whilst I was abroad if I had forgot to mention something and also to preempt any potential problems with the no claims bonus. The amazing friendly adviser put my mind at ease, left notes and gave me the reassurance I needed that everything was cool. My policy is also showing as insured on the askmid.com website which is fine. The online process was a breeze. I can view my docs online. I also submitted my NCB online before being prompted just in case. I am happy to recommend them.
