it would help very much to explain to new customers, that they can use their cards to take out their new policies when they choose to buy on the buy now page and not have to ring your office number and be told an admin charge of £15 will be made to fill in the form over the telephone.
as they have done all the filling in of the form ,a note to proceed with card details would be of great help.speeding the process up.
