Had a few issues to start with but this was as a result of my previous insurance company not instructing the motor insurance bureau regarding a claim which wasn't my fault! To the gentleman at Autonet who dealt with my case, I cannot thank you enough... you saved me an unnecessary premium payment all because of an admin error which could have been avoided had the other insurance provider done their job properly. thank you.
