Autonet has given a very reasonable renewal quote, making it unnecessary to change insurers. The only thing letting them down was the email I received telling me to make a renewal payment, when an earlier email told me it would be done automatically. I started to worry as I did not look at the email until my insurance would have expired. I found out that the premium had been taken and my insurance was legal after all.
