I tried to purchase online but was unable. They give you a phone number so I rang but even though I had already given them all mine and the vehicle details with reference number online, they wanted to charge me an extra £15 (on top of the £20 already charged for being a new customer) for the privileged of simply starting the policy over the phone. When I complained that this was stated nowhere on the web page I got told that "it is just our policy". WELL THEN YOUR POLICY STINKS AND NEEDS CHANGING! Your stupid policy left me out in the rain miles from home with no insurance cover. BANDITS!
