My car insurance was due during the lockdown period. When I called to discuss my policy they were working on a reduced capacity and operatives were working from home. I thought I would be in a Long waiting list but my call was answered with a couple of minutes by a very chirpy happy lady. She took my details and we discussed a price I had seen on compare the market. After bout 20 minutes the young lady was able to price match the offer that I had seen and went through all aspects of the policy. At one point I had forgotten to ask a question which meant the lady logging back into the policy of which she was happy to do and we resolved the query I had. The operative was extremely helpful and very happy which was lovely to hear considering the climate we were in. She was helpful and told me to stay safe. Money is a concern to people at this time so to be able to save some money in my car insurance was a blessing. A very helpful company. Thank you
