It was easy to go forwards or backwards to correct or add information. It was very clear the breakdown of costs and the fact that it was an agent with commission. It was clearly listen what you could be covered for and a simple yes or no box to indicate yes or no. No hiccups to completing the process not like some instances where you get so far along and cannot go back so have to begin all over again. Also there were several options to contact us in the future and post was one which is less invasive than phone calls or emails. Also the option to renew automatically which in my case I did not tick yes but it was good to be able to have the option.
