This is one of the most unprofessional money grabbing organisations I have had the misfortune to deal with. Instead of picking up the telephone to say they couldn't open documents they required they sent a bullying and threatening letter which was received with less than 9 hours to deal with. They quoted my wife a figure for resolution then increased it the next day without notifying her. Instead of working with my wife and I they put obstacle upon obstacle to NOT allow her to have an insurance policy. Their standard letters are nothing but intimidating. Customer Service ... Well let's be fair they don't have a clue! We had a quicker response to provide information within minutes of dealing with 2 other insurance companies.
