we used a cars sales company in Burton On Trent through auto trader, took straight back whren drove off forecourt as wasn't right, told it was because we wasn't used to the car, rang them after a few days as still not right 2 mechanics said it was enjoy but the garage wouldn't accept this, we asked for refund as not had the car a week, after the owner not being very friendly and looking down on me got the impression its becuse i was female as he called me Mrs all the time, he backe ddown when I said we'd contacted the obusman and gave a full refund.
