The Avantwood customer service is terrible. I needed to cancel an item because my dad had already bought the same gift for my mom for Christmas. So I needed to try to cancel it before they shipped it out. However, the ONLY way to cancel an order is to email their support system and they claim they will get back to you within 24 hours. After that 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee. I've emailed them each day and It's been about 4 days and I still have heard nothing! So they basically took my money that I never needed to spend. They need to create a cancel option online instead of trying to rely on them to respond to you. I'm very disappointed with this company. They are thieves. So if you decide to buy from this company just pray you don't make a mistake I guess.
