As someone who purchases items online frequently, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. We bought a watch for my fiance and our wedding hoping to get one for our big day. Unfortuntly the watch didn't fit properly so we were in hopes of returning. We were informed that becasuse we got the watch on a discount (Which was a company wide promo given to us on the website) that we were unable to return the item and get our money back. We were just looking for our money back and a return with no luck from Avantwood. We were only given the option for an exchange but we would need to pay for shipping, as well as the difference in the watch. This will without a doubt be our last time working with them. With that being said, the watch is beautiful and would be great for someone with the right sized wrist.
