I bought 2 watches the first time. During the process you have an option to tip the engravers. I did. I received my watches on time. When I saw the quality of the 2 watches I bought for my sons. I bought 1 for myself. I didn’t tip for engraving this time. I received a email days later saying I did not pay for the engraving. I paid. I have not received the watch as of a month ago.
