I'm not sure who in the marketing department thought that it was a good idea to worry people that there is open trades on peoples accounts? To confirm, I never opened a trade, nor did I even finish registering my account approx. 4 years ago. If any trades were opened (without registration, without the relevant ID and without personal information) that would put you in breach of banking regs... Word of advice, try not to scaremonger people and talk to Fosterboon.org to get your money and profit back.
