Following the process online was straightforward.
On delivery the wi fi antenna was missing, which was frustrating and I ordered some on next day delivery through Amazon rather than wait for a replacement.
A few days after installation the back cooling fan started making a clicking noise. Customer service was helpful and have sent out a replacement- which is yet to arrive one week later.
Spending this kind of money on a custom built pc I’m disappointed at these issues. I expected a smoother service than this to be honest.
