Anybody who is thinking of switching to Avro should read the 1 star and 2 star reviews which are primarily from customers like me who have tried to get refunds of credit balances and who AVRO have completely ignored. You can't get through on the phone (have tried numerous times), and they don't respond to emails (have sent several over the last 3 weeks without any response other than the first communication which got an automated message saying they will be back to me with 5-10 working days - they haven't). I have even sent email to the MD - Jake Brown - no reply and registered an official complaint by email - again I have not received any reply. Lots of people are owed far more than I am owed but the modus operandii of this despicable organisation seems to be if they have your money they will keep it and hope that you will give up. AVOID!
