Terrible customer service and overbill which makes no sense. We moved into a new property which was vacant a year prior to us moving in. Avro still continued billing the property for a year when the landlord informed them that no one was living in it. When we moved in, to our shocking suprise we were told that we need to pay the arrears of 1 year electric. They are scammers and think people pluck money from the trees to pay their ridiculous electric bill. I,m glad octopus has taken over and will help sort out this mess.
