I received my purchase after my grandsons birthday so I had to purchase something else. They would not respond to me so I started a dispute with my credit card company. They said since it was delivered they closed the case. I ten write Awareness again and now after three attempts including showing them the case is closed they refuse to send me a return label. They are horrible. Do not buy from them
