I ordered a ring from Awareness Avenue on November 22nd, as a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary on December 12th. It’s now December 9th, and my package hasn’t even shipped yet! I tried reaching out to customer service and got no responses. It's honestly really disappointing. I’m just about to give up on receiving the item in time for our anniversary, I can't even get a straight answer about where it is or when it will arrive. This company has horrible shipping and customer service. I should have gone with another brand, but now I’m stuck in this mess. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Awareness Avenue has really let me down – I’ll never order from them again.
