The experience began well and I was pretty happy with the support they gave with setting up my order. Yet, when I received my A5 prints they were all off centre and unframeable. I couldn't put them in my shop like that or my potential customers would be unhappy! I emailed them and asked them what print options were available. No response. After a few weeks I emailed them again, simply asking what could be done so I could have prints at the correct standard. At no point did I ask them for a refund, but here I am, a couple of months later still with no response. I am a self employed artist trying to build a small business and I can't afford this sort of issue as it's expensive. I am choosing to walk away as life is too short but do I recommend them? No. I do not.
