The quality of products looks very good but I think some issues must be improved. We get the goods yesterday afternoon 08/02/2022. The delivery address according to my order was different than the office address but the goods were delivered at the office and not at the warehouse. Some of the boxes are damaged (Fotos included) as well as some products. According to my opinion bath bombs and shower steamers, must be individually wrapped in order to avoid damage to the products. Of course, my general opinion is that AW EU is a company with quality products that certainly we include it to our regular suppliers. I found easily what I want on the website. Easy way to finalize my order. P.S. it will be good if we can make an order for goods that aren't available but are expected, and when the goods will be available to inform us in order to finalize them. Kindly Regards, J.Lagana
