I made a mistake with my order and forgot to change the address to my new one. Even though the mistake was on my end Zuzana went above and beyond to try correct the issue. Emailing the delivery company both here in ireland and on your end and kept checking in for updates on my order. Unfortunately even though the address was infact changed on the order the delivery driver still messed up and left it sitting outside on the floor for an hour at the old address. Luckily it was still there by the time I was informed and drove down. Products perfect as usual, high quality and loved by not only my customers but family who steal some for themselves 😂 would 100% order from AWGifts over and over again especially after the way this was handled on your end.
