I notifyed David that works for Axis Property Management of Grantham; that a Tenant got stuck in their room and they could not get out, other Tenants tried to open it from the outside; the door wouldn't budge! It's a good job he had roof access; tenants lowered him down and he went to work; all be it incredibly late now. I noticed David Raffan had been over the house to see the door that the new tenant got stuck in; just before the Tenant moved in. I advised David that more thorough checks of maintenance work is advisable; as he could be charged with 'culpable homicide' had their been a fire, and this guy was stuck in his room. David's response: instant dislike towards what I was saying; fired back with 'your rent is due, it has not been received this month.' I replied that I always pay it early; even providing a date I paid it. David responded by then threatening too send in 'debt collectors' if my rent was not paid within 7 days. I offered to show him an instant receipt from the bank; if he would just pop around the house. I was met with no response from David. It was lockdown, and I had no way of avoiding the Debt collectors as we were all told to stay at home. I imagined 'two burly guys' turning up all worked up because tgey only heard David's side of things. I imagined the two guys demanding to price up my goods; with a view too selling them. David left me in limbo for three weeks! Eventually, I get an email saying ' Everything is okay. I have the money.' This is David all over. He will make every attempt to get you too over pay on the agreed rent; he must have a gambling problem, or is evil greedy; either way 'have you seen his car?' Hardly hard up; it's not my problem David Raffan! He never apologised for the problems he causes. Yet when he visits your room behind your back he will steal; Pritstick, Scissors, Gloves, Razors, packets of crisps, under arm deodrant. Don't let him out of your sight if you have just been shopping! He will root through your clothes pockets; your bags, he is a real thief in 'casual, neat clothing!'
