I used the service since 2017, at the beginning it was perfect. Last autumn I got first trouble sending funds to Russia. A month ago similar issue repeated. Transfer in RU was rejected, as support reported beneficiary bank has rejected, because of non-Cyrillic recipient name. But I definitive used Cyrillic. Thank God after ca. 2 weeks my funds were refunded. 2 stars (not 1) for refund.
