I have been using AZIMO for the last 12 months and today they failed to deliver the money. I have transferred less than 50,000 pesos from Australia to Philippines in my usual Bank in the Philippines and the money hasn't come through as per my bank. I tried to contact them through the APP however, the CHAT button is greyed out so I send EMAIL using the app several times and no one ever get back to me. I tried ringing their number +441287244025 however the response is " We're sorry there's no available support who can take this call" . So, I rang FCA ( Financial Conduct Authority) and they advise me to send email to hello@azimo.com or call +4402038831528. I sent email to them and I rang the number and got no response. FCA advised me if I don't hear anything from them I can report them to FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN and they advised me to check MONEYHELPER website for future references. Below are the websites of the authority that can help us report this kind of misleading and fraudulent activity. Please take time to chase your money and make sure you follow the procedures.
