I sent money to Cairo yesterday for instant collection up till now my partner couldn’t collect
First the address for collection was giving wrong , secondly no one from the bank new anything about the source or Azimo after she is going 3 different branches around the whole city only one employee knew about it but he said we have got terrible with them people for the last 3 days and we can’t see your money so they advised my partner to go home and wait for a phone call
Terrible service , very dishonest , extremely disappointed specially she needed this money urgently.
When I tried to contact them from my end Azimo said we will contact our partners in egypt and they will contact the recipient within 48 hours so we will need to wait even more and god knows what is going to happen .
Lost trust once they deal with my issues I will never use them again .
