POOR customer service.
Ordered online early Dec, scheduled a delivery after 2 weeks, driver couldn't bother to ring my flat, complained he couldn't access the building (LOL we have 24hours concierge). Called the store everyday for a week in order to reschedule a delivery (note I live 15minutes from the BECKTON store). I gave up, they are clueless, no customer service, I'll buy on AMAZON next time
