I had no help from B&Q in Rhyl and had to travel to the Llandudno store. What a huge difference. Bob and fash were really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help me with my laminated flooring and ensured Chester had the goods and Fash ordered them and helped me work out how much I needed. So its full marks to two extremely great staff members. Bob and fash and the helpful lady on the till . I came away not believing the difference in the treatment I received compared to Rhyl.
