Ordered some wall paper one line of which was 7 rolls of a particular pattern
When the order arrived there were only 6 rolls and 4 different batch codes (colour variants). I rang B&Q. They were terribly apologetic and said they would redo the order with 7 rolls from the same batch and collect the original 6. They promised a call back to arrange this. Nothing happened. I rang back 2 days later. They again said sorry and they would organise it. Again nothing happened.
I have now ordered a second batch of 7 as we have the decorator booked and no paper for him to use. I am hoping that out of 13 rolls we will have 7 of the same batch. As it stands I am likely to be faced with a bill from the decorator for wasted time/travel.
I'll then hand over the problem to the credit card company as it seems B&Q cannot get the basics right. What a shower!
