They failed to deliver half our order, they informed us it would be delivered within the week. At the time of writing, we are over a week from the delivery date, one our 6th call to complain and we are told that there is nothing they can do, won’t deliver our missing items and won’t issue the refund.
They do not care about customers and they will keep money that is owed. This is nothing more than theft.
