Had a problem with my Hozelock gun which I purchased recently at the Bishopbriggs Branch, I spoke to manager Jan and Allan at the return desk, they were a pleasure to deal with and it was replaced after it was tested and found to be faulty, great to find such great helpful staff nowadays!
