My husband and i visited B &Q in Wakefield yesterday 21st March 2020. We were helped by Luke that is Tradepoint Luke with sorting out our Tradepoint card. He couldn't have been more helpful,professional and friendly. He then continued to help us with the paint we needed. What a star. Great job Luke. Also a mention to the gentleman in the gardening dept. I couldn't find a flatbed trolley so he went and got one for me, loaded it with the compost and growbags that I needed even offered to take it to the till and load into the car which wasn't needed but a lovely offer and great service.
