Ordered 6 newel finials online. Got emails from B&Q and courier to confirm delivery was on its way. On day of scheduled delivery got a phone call from B&Q to say they hadn't got 6, only 4, and one of them was damaged! Cancelled order, now awaiting refund. Why do they accept an order and take your money when they haven't got the stock. Totally unacceptable in this day and age....
