The catch on my gas meter box fell apart. I contacted my energy supplier who advised they did not do meter boxes and referred me to a DIY store like "B and Q". I visited the store and asked an assistant, who having called several collegues on her headset, obtained the information that they do not supply one or the meter boxes. She had no advise who to contact. A complete waste of my time. For future note. CADENT have no interest but if the energy box needs replacing by a qualified gas engineer. The catch can be purchased for under £3 from Wolsey Plumbing. Dont waste your time with the so called experts at B and Q.
