Phoned the Peterborough store on June 30 to check they had a wood cutting service. I was assured they could cut a piece of MDF to fit under a single mattress. My son drove from Sheffield the next morning to measure and then go and collect as he has a people carrier. When he arrived at the store he was informed nobody would there until 2pm to cut the wood. He had to be back in Sheffield by 1pm. For such a large store this is literally unbelievable !! Very, very poor service indeed.
