da ich selbst mal als Mitarbeiter in einem Beschwerdemanagement eines großen Unternehmens tätig war kann ich den Support noch etwas anderes beurteilen. Mein Fazit:
Weiter so. Ich kann echt nichts kritisieren. Die Antworten kamen zeitnah, auf Augenhöhe und ehrlich. Alles was versprochen wurde ist eingehalten worden. Danke

P S. DPD hat das Paket nicht abgeliefert obwohl ich da war. Muss es nun aus dem Shop holen. Aber dafür könnt ihr nichts.
