Logistisch wäre es sinnvoller bei Verzug dem Kunden dies auch anzugeben.
Das Laden der Webseite hat bei mir während des Einkaufs oft sehr lange gedauert.
Beide Punkte bewerte ich nicht, da dies rein technische Probleme sind mich nicht vom Kauf abgehalten haben.
Ich würde empfehlen sich die gen. Punkte anzusehen, ob dies nur bei mir so aufgetreten ist.
