We were impressed by Baby Security. The product was substantially cheaper than in Mothercare (over £100 cheaper when coupled with a voucher code found online). Due to high demand we had to wait longer for the product than initially stated. The product also couldn't be stored so we were dependent on a delivery. However, Baby Security notified us of this straight away. We had a couple of issues with the delivery. The set came in three stages and TNT were not especially helpful about telling us when the delivery was due. On a couple of occasions we waited in for the delivery but it didn't arrive. The customer service was good and any inquiries were responded to within a couple of working hours. We would use Baby Security again.
