Terrible customer service. I deliberately ordered from them as it said it would be W delivered within 3 days and I had a baby shower to attend. I then got an email from them saying that it’d be two weeks as it was out of stock. I expressed my dissatisfaction given the fact I bought it based on the delivery time stated upon purchase. I barely received an apology or acknowledgement of the error they had made; they just reiterated it’d be two weeks and I could get a refund if I wanted. I replied that there response was appalling but I’d have to stick with it as it would take time for the refund to come through. I suggested the response was poor and that they hadn’t offered any goodwill gesture - they responded bluntly saying they couldn’t have any compensation and said I could have the refund. They didn’t recognise a goodwill gesture as anything other than “compensation” which was I thought was incredible. I hadn’t wanted compensation. I wanted genuine acknowledgement of their mistake instead of blunt response and a generic message. Would never order from them again.
