Miss informed on original purchase so changed from motorolla to the luvion prestige touch 2 and nothing but problems due to customer service staff's liying and mis - handling of information and constantly lied too then having to do all I could to move on I involved the MD to which he moved things on to then receive a heated email from me due to the disgracfull service from this company and the staff, I would never put forward for anyone to use this and seek other suppliers. Over my original purchase was End of Jan 2017 and took my replacement model almost 2months to deliver complete order then problems with the equipment started and I was made out to be untruthful, if you have this problem my advice would be to get a full refund and do not be srtung along and take pictures of any returns you send as my products were not damaged or faulty and I was not told of this until I contacted for an update was told the camera had a large scratch and rattle, this had not been taken out the box but yet was told otherwise. Customer service staff I would rate 0 in every way, bad manners, rude, incompetent, misleading and incorrect information given and is backed up back the heads of this company so a happy resolution will never be had. As for the MD getting involved to sort things although to some degree this helped but overall customer satisfaction is not a high priority on the list and this shows because the staff also have the same attitude. Also having given this company time to resolve the problem also takes time away from being able to send the items back. An utter disgrace in performance, customer service, handling of information and handling of problems and customer issues may as well be none existent because it does not seem to matter if the customer is not happy as long as they think they have done enough then they find it acceptable, if I had the time to take Baby Security to a small claims court I would have due to the legal advise I have gained in my situation but I will make sure people know about the below zero performance of this disgraceful company and its disgraceful customer care as they think customer service is having unhappy customers, I think my dog would handle customers with more respect, and care. Never again I will use this company but the product is good shame Luvion don't do direct sales because it would cut out this very bad service which this company is giving them a very poor reputation.
