I have ordered three items from Baby Security, one of which required a return, and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received through both processes. Ordering is simple, and despite only paying for the economy post option all items were dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. The return was booked in over the telephone, and despite having to pay return postage (boooo!) the lady I spoke to was very friendly and even provided the name/model of a replacement item they sold which should fit the bill (which was subsequently ordered). I would not hesitate to purchase from Baby Security again - and I will be recommending them to friends and family.
