I cannot commend Baby Swimming Shop highly enough I ordered Paddlers and Baby Swim Vest and paid for speedy delivery' The Paddlers arrived without any hitches but the Swim Vest was not delivered. I contacted the company via e-mail and received an immediate response from Andy. He refunded my postage costs and sent out a second vest, which unfortunately also did not arrive. Andy went to the trouble of tracking the parcels, kept me up to date with his progress and sent out a third vest via special delivery. This vest arrived safely and I am delighted with the quality of both items. Great quality at reasonable prices. However I am more than delighted with the quality and sincerity of the customer service offered by Baby Swimming Shop. Andy made it clear that excellent customer service is a priority of their company - moreover in providing such service ensured that I will shop there again AND recommend his firm to my friends and family.
