I’ve have a wonderful experience at the studio. I don’t understand the comments on hidden costs when before you do the shoots you get a brochure outlining all the costs. You don’t have to have a deal but they give you options. The shoots have been the best pictures we’ve ever got of our son and there is no price I wouldn’t pay for them. These are professional pictures taken over a few hours so I expect a high price when the quality is outstanding. We’ve had a couple canvases hurt in the travel to our house and straight away they sent new ones. We’ve had 2 shoots and both ladies were highly professional, amazing manners and just lovely people who care about getting that special picture cause they know it’s in your albums for the rest of your lives.
