Welcoming staff, really accommodating. Extremely thorough with detail and keeping in contact prior to the shoot. Our photographer in the day was really friendly and navigated our shoot effortlessly. She knew exactly what she was doing and asked us for our preferences along the way. Really professional and held great conversation throughout making us feel at ease. She treat our son like her own, handling him so delicately even when posing him. She demonstrated so much patience and skill to keep him calm. The studio were very understanding about some personal circumstances and there was no pressure to buy which I appreciated. I do wonder if there is an opportunity in the future for single photos to be purchased via a digital format as this would have been attractive to me; however I’m sure there is a reason why it isn’t offered.
