I was happy to find someone that printed on Leather. I placed an order with my own design. Creating the design for the order was very time-consuming, and not easy but I managed to get through it. Once I received the leather piece, it was much larger than I anticipated it was going to be, but I used it anyway. The leather I ordered was supposed to be Buffalo hide, it was decent. I work with Buffalo a lot so I know good quality leather. I ordered again and when I received my order, the material was not leather! It was vinyl! It was made to look the same as the Buffalo by texture, but it was not leather! I went back-and-forth with customer service for about two weeks. sending them photos back-and-forth, etc.They kept asking for more photos to compare side-by-side images of the first order to the second. Their conclusion in the end was was that it was the same material. 😡 First of all, it’s very difficult to compare materials through images rather than feel. Why they do not have samples available to them is beyond me! So obviously I will not be ordering from this company again!! Beware their leather is not leather.!!
