They're awful. They sell you a vacation plan and simply lie to you. They say there are no black out dates when there are black out months. They show you on their system the airfare discounts and what you'd save if you book through them. Only there are no such airfare discounts and you only find out after you've bought into it. They say you can use the RCI program for a 1 time reservation fee, anywhere, anytime. Also untrue. Only if someone has banked their time in the place at the time you want to go. Then you pay a per person per day fee on top of it. They're horrible. They make you sign off that you won't post anything negative too misleading people into believing they're a good company. They're not. Stay away from them. Their BBB ratings are D and F for a reason.
