Horrible. I ordered over $100 in harnesses on Feb 27th. Received no communication with tracking number. Waited over a month and still no harnesses. I emailed them 5 times and kept getting apologies and tracking numbers that did not work. Then they stopped communicating at all. I filed a case through Etsy this morning to get my money back. The hardnesses are beautiful but if they can't deliver on the product, they need to close their shop. Save yourself some time, order from Beast and Buckle. They are the exact same harnesses but different prints. They also actually send them to you!
