Absolutely awful, they launch new products yet they did not have complete stock. They also neglected to mention in their description that it would be 7 to 10 working days before it would even be 2 to 3 days for delivery upon questioning this I was assured that it would be completed and sent out the next day and this is failed to happen. I’ve currently sent another email because I feel as though they are making promises and breaking them How you can launch a product and have no stock ready of that product is mind-boggling, especially where there is absolutely no personalisation involved if you are marketing a product and you show images of that product than you should have some stock that is completed and ready to dispatch so big thumbs down for this company it’s highly unlikely I would ever use them again, and I would urge anybody to look at all the reviews before making a decision on whether it’s a company they want to have dealings with .
