I ordered 3 kits of the penguins sew craft and all three kits were of terrible quality! The holes were not all punched out, they gave u cheap yarn for u to sew and u had to glue cheap punch out parts. I emailed the company over 20 times because they do not give a phone number! They were rude , wanted pictures. And even after sending 3 sets of pictures they r still refusing to give me a complete refund. They say I have to mail they back which will cost even more! And with their reviews, I’m not the only one who had problems with this company. They say guarantee satisfaction!!! But refuses my refund frustrated, disappointed and angry
